  • All you need is a computer and TV, an HDMI cable for plug-in or wifi for casting to watch the videos and download the resources. The workbooks will be mailed to you.

  • Each lesson video is approximately 7-10 minutes. Each roundtable video is 28 minutes. You do not have to use both, but both are available to your couples.
